Construction/ substantial modification of installations in the 20 m strip of a flood protection system

If you have a justified reason to use the area of a flood protection facility up to 20 meters from its landward boundary for the construction or modification of a facility, you can apply for an exemption from the ban on the use of flood protection facilities under certain circumstances.
