Apply for a resident parking permit; apply for a special resident parking permit - private
An application may
- be submitted by online form (see right column "Online processing")
- in writing by post (application under Forms)
- or be presented in person at the ASV with appropriate proof.
Instructions for completing the online application: Once the online application has been received, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent. If you are unable to send us the required proofs as file attachments, you are welcome to send them by post or fax (04 21 / 496 - 69 45). Please make sure that all your documents (number) can be clearly allocated to your application. If your documents have not reached us within 14 days after submission, we will consider your application to be invalid. In this case you will not receive any further notification from us.
The identity card will be sent to the applicant by post.
The following documents must be submitted for the renewal of the resident parking permit:
- completed application
- vehicle registration document
- possibly authorization to use
- in case of 2nd residence registration certificate
In case of loss of a special permit, special parking permit and/or map, a notice of loss must be filled in and sent to the e-mail address email@example.com or by fax to 496-18087, 496-6945. This can also be done by mail or in the mailbox.
The fee for the replacement exhibition is 11,50 Euro.
The old special parking permit and the green card must be returned in original. A copy of the new vehicle registration document must be submitted. A change of license plate causes a fee of 11,50 €.
