Procedure
You can easily and conveniently submit name changes or your new address via the online portal. You can either register with your e-mail address and then log in using your e-mail address and password or log in using your ID card with the online ID function (eiD) activated.
If you register by e-mail, a change form is available; if you register with eID, you can update the data currently stored in the BVA yourself.
You can send all applications and other notifications online and upload documents during the entire repayment process for both registration options.
