As the provider of a child daycare facility, you must report a change in personnel to the responsible office.
The following events are counted as staff changes:
- Entry into an employment relationship
- Leaving an employment relationship
- Change of facility within a daycare provider
- After a change in the qualifications of other persons in the daycare center, e.g. trainees, interns, etc.
- Recruitment of persons on the basis of the "Key points agreement between the daycare provider representatives and the Senator for Children and Education on staff recruitment against the background of the current shortage of skilled workers in institutional child daycare" (lateral entrants) with an exceptional permit from the State Youth Welfare Office in accordance with 6.2 RiBTKe.
In general, you must note that the notification applies to all persons who work with or on children.
