Is a small firearms license required for pepper spray and CS gas spray? Are there any special features or exceptions to the marking of the sprays (e.g. for defense against dogs)?
No, a small firearms license is not required for these sprays. The sprays are legal if they are used to defend against animals (declaration: "Tierabwehrspray") or if they have been approved by the Federal Criminal Police Office (marking: "BKA-Raute"). Other sprays that are not appropriately labeled may not be carried!

Does the address on the small firearms license have to be changed if I move within Bremen?
No address of the permit holder is recorded on the Small Arms Permit. A change is therefore not possible but also not necessary.

What is the procedure in case of damage to the document, is a new one issued, what documents are required for this?
In the event of damage, a replacement can be requested. In this case - as with the initial application - the identity card must be presented.
