Procedure
- The application for a Small Arms License is possible only with an appointment. You can make an appointment by phone or by mail.
- Inform yourself about the applicable regulations already before acquiring a weapon.
- After the application for the "Small Weapons License", it will be checked whether the required reliability exists. The following information will be obtained for this purpose:
- Information from the Federal Central Register
- Information from the central public prosecutor's procedural register
- Statement from the local police station
- If there are doubts about personal suitability, a medical certificate from an official or specialist doctor or a specialist psychological certificate may be required.
