BSC Pop-Up Pop-Up BSC

Please note

At the BSC pop-up centre, visits are only possible by prior appointment. You can book an appointment online at www.service.bremen.de or via the Bremen Citizens’ Helpline on (0421) 115. 

Only selected matters are dealt with at the Pop-Up. You can make the following appointments at the Pop-Up:

• Apply for an identity card
• Apply for a passport
• Apply for a passport for under-18s
• Registering your residence as your sole or main residence

Please note that we only offer a very limited range of services at the BSC pop-up. The following special cases are not dealt with at the BSC pop-up:

• No provisional identity cards and/or passports
• No applications for identity cards and/or passports following the loss or theft of previous documents
• No applications for identity cards and passports prior to marriage
• No applications for identity cards and passports following naturalisation
• No change of address by proxy 

However, you can still access these services at one of our three Citizen Service Centres. 

Collection of documents

All identity cards and passports applied for at the Pop-Up BSC must be collected from the BürgerServiceCenter-Mitte, at Martinistraße 3, 28195 Bremen. Please

Payment options

Please note that you can only pay by debit card at the Pop-Up BSC. Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted at this location.
